Welcome to Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet (“Resort”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, resort premises, accommodation, banquet facilities, swimming pool, restaurants, events, and other services provided by Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet.

By making a booking, visiting the Resort, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.


1. Reservations & Bookings

  1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet.
  2. A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required booking information and applicable payment or advance amount have been received and acknowledged by the Resort.
  3. Guests must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
  4. The Resort reserves the right to request valid identification documents from guests at check-in or registration.
  5. The name provided at the time of booking should correspond with the identification document presented at check-in.
  6. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the Resort in writing.
  7. Rates, packages, inclusions, and applicable taxes may vary depending on the booking date, room category, event requirements, season, and promotional offers.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  1. Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking or reservation.
  2. Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  3. Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  4. Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document at check-in.
  5. The Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person where permitted by applicable law and Resort policy.

3. Guest Identification & Registration

Guests are required to provide valid identification and other information as required under applicable laws and regulations.

The Resort may maintain guest registration records and provide information to government authorities where legally required.


4. Rates, Taxes & Charges

  1. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and government levies unless specifically stated otherwise.
  2. Additional charges may apply for services, facilities, food and beverages, extra guests, additional beds, late check-out, damages, or other services requested by the guest.
  3. The final amount payable shall be based on the applicable rate and services used by the guest.
  4. Promotional rates and special packages may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

5. Payment

  1. The Resort may require an advance payment or deposit to confirm a reservation.
  2. The balance amount must be paid within the time specified by the Resort.
  3. Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, cards, UPI, or other payment methods made available by the Resort.
  4. Where a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or otherwise remains unpaid, the Resort reserves the right to cancel or suspend the relevant booking or service, subject to applicable law.
  5. Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay or event.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the room booking, event, banquet booking, package, promotional offer, or rate plan selected.
  2. Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
  3. Advance payments and deposits may be non-refundable where specifically stated in the booking terms.
  4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original or an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
  5. No refund will necessarily be provided for early departure, unused services, no-shows, or cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation terms.
  6. Banquet and event bookings may be subject to separate cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

7. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

The applicable no-show charges will depend on the booking’s cancellation policy and rate conditions.


8. Banquet & Event Bookings

For weddings, parties, conferences, corporate events, meetings, celebrations, and other functions:

  1. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation by the Resort.
  2. The host/customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including guest count, event timings, menu requirements, decoration requirements, and other arrangements.
  3. Any increase in guest count or additional requirements may result in additional charges.
  4. Final guest numbers may be required within the timeframe specified by the Resort.
  5. The Resort reserves the right to charge for damages caused by the event host, guests, vendors, contractors, or other persons associated with the event.
  6. External decorators, entertainers, caterers, vendors, or service providers may require prior approval from the Resort.
  7. Any outside vendor must comply with Resort safety, security, operational, and access requirements.
  8. Fire, safety, electrical, structural, noise, and other applicable regulations must be followed at all times.
  9. The Resort may restrict activities, equipment, decorations, or installations that it considers unsafe or unsuitable.
  10. Event timings must be strictly followed unless an extension has been approved by the Resort.
  11. Additional charges may apply for overtime, additional manpower, additional electricity, additional equipment, extended use of facilities, or other requirements.

9. Food & Beverage

  1. Food and beverages may only be consumed in areas designated by the Resort.
  2. Outside food or beverages may be restricted unless prior permission has been obtained.
  3. Any applicable corkage, service, or outside-food charges will be communicated by the Resort.
  4. Guests should inform the Resort of relevant dietary requirements or food allergies in advance.
  5. While reasonable care is taken in food preparation, guests are responsible for informing Resort staff about allergies or dietary restrictions before consuming food.

10. Swimming Pool

Use of the swimming pool is subject to the Resort’s Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations.

Guests must comply with all safety, hygiene, supervision, dress, and conduct requirements applicable to the swimming pool.

The Resort may temporarily close the swimming pool for maintenance, cleaning, weather conditions, safety concerns, private events, or other operational reasons.


11. Resort Facilities

Access to certain facilities may be subject to:

  • Operating hours
  • Availability
  • Additional charges
  • Age restrictions
  • Safety requirements
  • Maintenance or temporary closure
  • Advance reservation

The Resort does not guarantee that every facility will be available at all times.


12. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while on Resort premises.

The following may result in removal from the property or termination of services:

  • Abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour
  • Harassment of staff or other guests
  • Excessive disturbance or unreasonable noise
  • Damage to Resort property
  • Illegal activities
  • Misuse of Resort facilities
  • Disregard of safety instructions
  • Any behaviour that creates a risk or disturbance to other guests, staff, or property

The Resort reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.


13. Children & Minors

Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety and supervision of children under their care.

Children must not be left unattended in rooms, swimming pool areas, recreational areas, or other potentially hazardous locations.

Certain Resort facilities may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.


14. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

The Resort recommends that guests keep valuable items secure and avoid leaving valuables unattended.

Where available, guests should use designated safety facilities for important belongings.

The Resort will take reasonable measures to assist guests in the event of lost property but cannot guarantee recovery of lost or misplaced items.


15. Damage to Property

Guests may be held responsible for loss or damage to Resort property caused by the guest, members of their group, invitees, event attendees, vendors, or contractors acting on their behalf.

The Resort reserves the right to recover reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs where permitted by law.


16. Smoking & Prohibited Items

Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is permitted only in areas designated by the Resort and subject to applicable law.

Guests must not bring or use illegal, hazardous, explosive, or otherwise prohibited substances or items on Resort premises.

The Resort may take appropriate action if prohibited items or activities are discovered.


17. Pets

Pets are permitted only where specifically authorized by the Resort.

Guests must obtain prior approval before bringing any pet onto the property and must comply with applicable Resort rules.

The guest may be responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other reasonable charges associated with the pet.


18. Security & CCTV

For the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, CCTV surveillance may be used in selected public/common areas.

Guests are expected to cooperate with reasonable security procedures, including identification checks and security screening where applicable.


19. Parking

Parking facilities, where available, are provided subject to availability.

Guests should park only in designated areas and follow Resort parking instructions.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly locked and secured.

The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


20. Photography, Videography & Events

Guests may take photographs or videos for personal use, provided that such activities do not:

  • Disturb other guests
  • Interfere with Resort operations
  • Damage Resort property
  • Violate another person’s privacy
  • Breach applicable laws or Resort policies

Professional or commercial photography, videography, advertising shoots, or production activities may require prior written approval from the Resort.


21. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be considered responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Severe weather
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil disturbances
  • Strikes
  • Power or utility failures
  • Acts of terrorism
  • War or similar emergencies
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

In such circumstances, the Resort will make reasonable efforts to assist guests and may provide alternative arrangements where reasonably possible.


22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of Resort facilities or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.


23. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, descriptions, room layouts, facilities, menus, prices, availability, and other information may change without prior notice.

Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular facility, service, room configuration, or amenity will be available at the time of a guest’s visit unless specifically confirmed by the Resort.


24. Third-Party Services

The Resort may provide information about or facilitate access to third-party services such as transportation, travel services, activities, booking platforms, payment providers, or other external services.

Such services may be governed by the third party’s own terms and conditions. The Resort is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or policies of third-party service providers except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


25. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information by Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.


26. Modification of Terms

Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version will be made available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.


27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by the Resort shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of Aabuu Babuu Resort & Banquet, subject to applicable law.

Guest Acceptance

By booking a room, banquet, event, facility, or service, or by entering and using the Resort premises, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable property-specific rules and policies.
